Zucchini pancakes
Ingredients
- Young zucchini – 1 piece
- Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons
- Chicken egg – 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil – 70 ml
Cooking instructions
- Break eggs into a deep bowl, add a little pepper, salt and whisk lightly.
- Wash the zucchini, dry and grate on a coarse grater (if the zucchini is not young, be sure to cut off the coarse outer rind and remove the seeds).
- Add the grated zucchini to the egg mass and stir. Add flour and mix well again.
- Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
