Zucchini pancakes

Ingredients

  • Young zucchini – 1 piece
  • Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken egg – 2 pieces
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 70 ml

Cooking instructions

  • Break eggs into a deep bowl, add a little pepper, salt and whisk lightly.
  • Wash the zucchini, dry and grate on a coarse grater (if the zucchini is not young, be sure to cut off the coarse outer rind and remove the seeds).
  • Add the grated zucchini to the egg mass and stir. Add flour and mix well again.
  • Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
